This is our 2nd time using Bob Hertzog to handle our real estate needs. The first time was when we needed to short sell our home during a very difficult time for our family. Our son had been injured and we were spending most of our time in the hospital; Bob handled everything so we could focus on our son and not worry about the sale of our house. Today we closed on a new home and it was one of the easiest purchases we have made. Bob understands our needs and we completely trust him to help us in buying or selling our homes. His knowledge, experience and professionalism make him a great realtor but who he is as a person makes him a great friend.

Bob was great through the whole process. I wanted a very specific home and it took a long time for my husband and I to finally agree on an area, location and price. Bob was patient with us through the whole process and really came through. He's also just a likable guy!

Given some delays and the timing of putting the house on the market, we probably did as well as we could have expected under the circumstances. You think you have a wonderful house that will sell in a matter of days, and you try to take a realistic view of what to expect. Bob was very candid in that respect, and we pretty much went along with his recommendations. We felt we were dealing with a friend, but in a very businesslike manner. We hit a couple major problems, but Bob was just great in helping us work our way through those. Bob is a real pro, and both my wife and I would recommend him without qualification to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. For us, working with Bob Hertzog was a very positive experience.
